Authored demo content for a fictional plant-care app, rendered by the same parsers and held to the same invariants as a real project's dashboard. This is the system in use, three months in.

Sensor accuracy sweep — seed

Measure our phone-camera light readings against a real lux meter across several handsets, and find out whether the room survey's premise holds.

A seed holds notes and pointers, never tasks. At phase open the seed feeds the board and is deleted.

Notes & finds

  • 2026-07-14 — Tests the riskiest assumption in strategy/Scope & Constraints.md. Research-shaped: the output is a doc, not a feature.
  • 2026-07-18 — Borrowed a calibrated meter. Need at least four handsets, including one older Android.

Candidate scope

  • Readings across handsets and light conditions, against the meter.
  • A written finding in strategy/research/.
  • Resolves Open Questions §1 either way.
