Authored demo content for a fictional plant-care app, rendered by the same parsers and held to the same invariants as a real project's dashboard. This is the system in use, three months in.

Doc tree tidy — seed

Split the implementation folder now that it holds unrelated references, and retire two docs whose content merged elsewhere.

A seed holds notes and pointers, never tasks. At phase open the seed feeds the board and is deleted.

Notes & finds

  • 2026-07-22 — implementation/ has become a drawer. Three docs, no shared subject.
  • 2026-07-23 — Two references were folded into strategy/Care Model.md during the light survey phase and are now duplicates.

Candidate scope

  • Split implementation/ by subject.
  • Delete the two merged references, leaving pointers.
  • Check every ref that pointed at them.
